Aisha Jamila Hinds is an American actor who is most well known for her roles in TV series The Shield and True Blood. Her versatility has been demonstrated in 2003 with her impressive performances in TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit as well as 1-8-7 and Under the Dome. As of 2005 she was noticed first for her performance as Anna In Assault on Precinct 13 However, it was her performance of women's liberation activist Fannie Louis Hamer in the documentary film All the Way, which brought her the recognition she was due as an actor. Hind has also been acknowledged for her performance in the role she was playing as Harriet Tubman within WGN America's period-drama series Underground. Recently Hind finished filming on the Hollywood movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters that is set for a release in the mid-year of 2019. Her father Krishnaraj worked as an Army scientist who passed away on March 18 2017 and the mother Vrinda is a domestic worker. Aditya Rai, the elder brother, is a marine merchant engineer. The elder brother of Bachchan and her mother were co-producers of Dil Ka Rishta. Arya Vidya Mandir, Mumbai was the place where her parents been living since they moved there. In April 2007 she married Abhishek Bachchan a frequent co-star as well as the child of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage that reunited two of the most powerful Indian actors.
